Post first track day

Me and my brother took super daves race school yesterday up at blackhawk farms. I got my knee down 4 times through the day the rain kind of shortin the amount of sessions but got out there for 4 15 min sessions. I loved it some much my bike needs some better brake pads and some lines would prob help to. Dave didn't like the way my bike was reacting he said it look nervous and help dial it in, still wasn't all the way there at the end of the day but it was better than in the begaing of the day. I am now going to go look for a track bike like a sv650. Over all I improved my feet postion going through the corners my friend who was an instructor said my bike is fast i just said it could be fast after more time on the track. I want to get on the track atleast once more if not twice this year.

Glad to hear you had a good time.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Congrats on your first day and on gettin that knee down. NESBA has two days there at Blackhawk at the end of this month (July 29-30).

You should come and join us, there will plenty of CLSB riders there and a big party on Saturday night. With NESBA, you'll get SEVEN 20 minute sessions each day. And you can get tons of coaching and feedback from the track coaches called CRs (Control Riders).

Hope you can make it. By the way, 636 is an excellent track bike!

Liltree,

I think I was pitted next to you and your brother. I believe I helped you guys out loading your brother's bike at the end of the day. Good riding yesterday - I was behind you for several laps.

What do the internet and Channel 11 have in common? They are both a window to the world; put it out there and do not be surprised who will see it.
