Sportbike: Triumph Bonneville...the original sportbike!
Years Riding: Since about 11 years after my adult teeth came in
How you found us: I tripped over ya on my way to the can!

A synopsis for those who may never have seen these gems

(1)
"I am the Nightrider...baby!...Can you see me, toecutter?"
"Don't count the Goose out 'til you see the box going into the hole!"
"Light me, Johnny."
"Tongalini wants his hand back, lady"
'You can't kill me...man!"............................BOOM!

(2)
"You...You can run but you can't hide!"
"Ay ay ay ay ...That's my snake!...I trained 'im and I'm goin' to eat 'im!"
"Two days ago I saw a truck that would haul that gasoline..."
"You want to move it you talk to me!"
"Max...look at you...you're a mess!"
"And that was the last we ever saw of ...the Roadwarrior!"

(3)
Sucked...Only memerable dialogue was "Embargo, Embargo!"

(4)
Greatly anticipated! I actually hope Mel is involved!

"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!

If you want to anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal all one must do is tell the truth!

Yes but the action parts in between this dialog are why these films are worth watching.

The problem with 3 was it was done by Hollywood...Big studio mentality more interested in cashing in on the sucess of 1 & 2. Produced in Australia, 1 & 2 were a big surprise because they were so sucessful in the states!
#3 (AKA Thunderdome) got political with an undertone about energy conservation and saving the environment and took away what worked with all the cars & motorcycles and mayhem. Simply...it sucked and now that the franchise is back in Australian hands I think #4 will only be better!

"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!

I think kawasaki donated all of those to the film which is why they are so prominently represented. That and they're badass.

Old pavement rocking KZs are tits. The first bike I ever tripled the double nickel on was a KZ900 back in 78.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

Chris, I remember seeing a number of Suzy's in MM. Most of the motorbike gang in the movie was actual gang members recruited for the movie.
