RK and DID are fine choices too. I've only broke a chain (520 on my Honda F2. Can't remember the brand.) once back in '99. I don't really notice a difference with final drive parts like one does with brakes, tires and suspension.

You can go either DID ERV3 520 (yes it's more than strong enough) or the EK ZZZ 520

all motorcycle chains are roller chains, the orings x rings v rings w rings etc serve as seals to keep lubrication inside the rollers
you do not want a non ring chain thats if you could even get one
