Looking for custom spacers

If someone has a lathe and wants to let me use it or wants to give me a price to have these spacers made. I need 2 - the interior diameter can be a little larger if necessary. All in mm - mild steel is fine.

What's the gauge and how many do you need? I can check to see if we have anything at my office.

Of course, this renders you my bitch for the next 6 months in trade, if so.
