Just use a hammer
Or you could make the right tool.


This will push the old bearings out.




And with this ring that holds the new bearings true to the bore while also limiting the bearings depth.We push the new bearings in

Sure with the quill up and the table screw.It pushes these bearings out like butter.They are not very tight being of a two piece design.

I'm more concerned with installing them as square as possible.
