Oil leaks

I have been working on trying to get my old bike to stop leaking oil, its selective on leaking oil. I have looked into replacing the head gasket and generator gasket, I have got the head gasket to stop leaking now I am down to the oil leaking coming from one of the exhuast manifold seals. So I have been searching and searching and well I have come across your piston rings are shot, PVC valve need to be replace(maybe plugged), and I have also been reading that the valve stem seals could be shot. When the bike starts it slow to get the rpm going, There is no smoke when starting/running the bike, I have replace the spark plugs and air filter, Oil was in the air box and covered the plug that the exhuast manifold is leaking.

Whats your thoughts???
