If it's coming out the overflow hose by the cap? you may need a new cap.or a new hose as the system is designed to over flow into the bottle. If the little hose is leaking get a new one.......

Did I just say that????

I had a similar issue at the beginning of the season. Turns out the hoses at the top of the radiator were switched. So the overflow hose was attached to the system. And the system hose was attached where the over flow hose was supposed to go. Ran fine, temps were normal. But when I would stop and shut the bike off, I would dump about a 1/2 cup of coolant.

There were 3 hoses @ the bottom left that was sticking out. One hose was was dumping coolant when I shut the bike off about 1/3 cup.

Does the over flow bottle have a hose on it????

Does it make its way to the nipple by the cap????
