Headlights

I have a 2001 GSXR 600 and was wondering if there is a way to get headlights like an R6/1 or Ninja. I like the look of the two headlights and want to put in Halo Angel/Demon Eyes. I love my bike and don't want to get rid of it just for this reason. Any advice would help. Thanks!

you have a few options...
1. buy an R6
2. get really really good with fiberglass, plastic molding, and electrical connections

good luck

its possible yes but it would be a lot of work customizing and getting them to fit or modifying your existing lights

I was wondering the same thing, if this was possible. I guess it would be a lot of work.

USed to be an older conversion kit for older Srads that used Ducati 916 lights.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

I just wasn't sure if a housing from a different machine would be a close fit with slight modification or if there was some sort of conversion kit.

When I was too lazy to swap out the track plastics on mine - a guy sold me a rig that he made which repositioned the lights into the ram air ducts.

Not only did it look awful, the lighting at night was merely a suggestion and quite dangerous.

Never think you're smarter than a team of Japanese engineers with a significant R&D budget. (unless you are a Japanese engineer I suppose)

I have a Chevy truck. I like the look of the Ford truck front end better. Is there any way put the Ford front end on the Chevy?

anything's possible, as long as you have the cash!

Look, I can appreciate this. I was young too, I felt just like you. Hated authority, hated all my bosses, thought they were full of shit. Look, it's like they say, if you're not a rebel by the age of 20, you got no heart, but if you haven't turned establishment by 30, you've got no brains. Because there are no story-book romances, no fairy-tale endings. So before you run out and change the world, ask yourself, "What do you really want?"

Hell I helped put a 440 big block on a 4dr Omni.

But why do you really want to change the headlights? If its because theres not enough light, have someone aim them. Its amazing how better light is when they are aimed right. If its because of the looks, well sell the Suzuki and buy the bike with the lights you like.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.
