Do you support death penalty.

Do you support death penalty in cases where it's appropriate? Why or why not? Should the process be expedited, because now in states that have death penalty it takes decades with a lot of money wasted on that scum. Do you believe murderers can be rehabilitated?

I support the death penalty in principal.

I do not support the death penalty, in the fashion that our legal system currently implements it.

I believe that, if a heinous crime occurs, and it is OBVIOUS that you committed it, then you should just be dragged outside and summarily executed.

A generic example would be that of someone going on a shooting rampage and being caught at the scene. There is ZERO QUESTION that you were the perpetrator. I don't give a flying fuck if you were mentally unstable/insane/etc... you shot/killed a bunch of people... 9mm to the brain, thank you very much.

However, there are situations where there might be a shred of doubt. In those cases, okay fine, go ahead and resort to life sentences instead.

Good news is that if you use the insane defense, you really won't have any understanding you are being executed. Look at that as an advantage.

I personally believe it shouldnt be the death penalty, but more or less what comes around goes around, an eye for an eye, if you torture someone to death, you will be tortured the same way ect. You rape a woman, you be hooked up to a machine that rapes you for hours. I think there would be less crime when people know they will receive the same punishment

That would be fine if you kill the person right after. If you don't, they might/will just go back out on the street and look for revenge. Not a solution IMO.

I'm also 100% with Bek as he took the words right out of my mouth. If you're caught red handed, not "evidence points", etc., but red handed then you get executed by a firing squad and that's that. If there's evidence, courts, witnesses and all that BS, then I vote for jail sentences.

Chicago Police do this all the time. Now your definition and their definition of "red-handed" may be different.

This is a very hard question to answer.

I DO believe that murderers can be rehabilitated. Every case is as unique as the person committing the crime, so it all depends on the person and why/what they did. So many of them play the "mentally unstable" card when in reality, they are perfectly fine and knew exactly what they were doing. They are just playing the "system".

Not to get off point, but I DO believe in castration for some of these sex offenders (I'm referring to the sick, twisted fucks ... not some guy who got screwed for sleeping with some young chick)

I guess I must say that some need to be executed because too many of these offenders REPEAT and REPEAT the crimes, it's sickening.

murderers dont deserve "rehab" I dont care if you think they can be either, if say some guy kills my family, I dont care what rehab he goes to and find the lord at, he will get his from me personally.

And eye for an eye would work great. It would make people really think twice or 3 times before doing stupid shit. You kill, your killed, you torture, you get tortured.
