fall of 2012 should we keep the 555 butheads in DC

There are 555 men and women that are running our country into the ground.
435 congress
100 senator
9 judges
1 president

6 months not doing their job they should be fired

Its way more complex than that, the reason nothing is being done is because they can't agree on anything. If we were to remove them and get new politicians in we would be in the same situation. We either need an overwhelming majority democratic/republican house/senate with a matching president to make things happen. That or go back to a dictatorship.

This is not entirely true. This has been the case in politics from the get-go...anyone that thinks today's political climate is unprecedented needs to do some historical catch up (start maybe with the chamber brawls, the attacks on candidate families in the 1830s or some of the duels).

The problem today is that too many special interests on all sides have started throwing money around behind closed doors and have skewed the process...that and lawyers. Lawyers have limited and hamstrung so much in this country. It's a damn shame really...tort reform, lobbyist control and campaign finance reform. There's your answer.
