6-7 hours. But I take naps. So it is more like 4-5 sleep and then 1-2 hour naps.

usually 8 or so. Naps are the best.
Althought my after work naps sometimes turn into me sleeping until the next morning. I'm a crab ass w/o 8 hours of sleep
I don't know how anyone gets 4-5 hours of sleep and then go to work. If i get 6, I'm falling asleep at my desk by 2pm

As far as Ron is concerned, he needs 7-8. When we are at the track, it seems as if he is asleep about the time his head hits the pillow.
We have been doing a lot of trips to various tracks together with a bunch of other guys. Having a great time... of course, as Ron says, beer is just to make getting to sleep easier. Everyone sleeps well trackside!

4.5 - 5, weekends or weekdays. I'm always tired.
No time to sleep.
zzzzzzzz .... wha! wha! Oh, I'm at work.
I'm always afraid I'm gonna dream that I'm on the toilet, and the "toilet" becomes my office chair.

5-6 tops... and i think 6 is optimal for me. 5 and i'll be nodding off at work, 4 and under i'll be sneaking naps on the shitter
Anything more than 6 would be nice, but definately not necessary.

6-7 hours. Could be 8 every night if I chose, but I like to go to bike nights, and rides with folks in the evening. Then get home and watch all TIVO recorded TV shows from the day from about 10:00PM - 2:00AM, and then wake up around 8:30AM

I consider myself to be fortunate - I can sleep any where, any time. Normally, I'm generally ready for bed by 10:00, and am up between 5:30 and 6:00. I don't normally use an alarm clock, either, unless it's an especially early day (like on Monday, when I'll have to drive to Green Bay).
