Christmas Shopping: One for you and one for me

I just got back from a marathon Christmas shopping spree. I am fucking exhausted.

I just checked my wares, and I bought about as much stuff for me as I did for other people. See what happens when you expect selfish people to participate in a holiday about giving. Example: I bought a couple blouses for a close co-worker, and liked them so much, I bought the same ones for myself. Yes, very stupid. It's what I do every year.

Are you guys done?

More importantly, I'm still stumped on what to get the boss and what to get my mom. And haven't you noticed how damn easy your friends are to buy for, but parents are no clue?

OK, I need a beer.

Awesome Vcook.

You know, I was singing that in my head all day while I was shopping...at least I HOPE it stayed in my head. Those long lines were blurring that line between my head and out of my head.

Can we get a group gathering to relieve stress for all the MILFs tonight @ the mall? After all, most of us on this site are givers. I should be there at about 5 pm in front of Rain Forest Café (great spot for the extra stressed out MILF who just blew $50 for 2 hot dogs, an order of cheese fries and a plastic frog thing for her 2 kids). I propose we go in groups of two and double team.

FYI, for those getting anything from Crate and Barrell, have them hold the purchase and pick it up in the back. I made the mistake of taking it with me, ended up walking around woodfield with my dick in a box... Seriously though, have them hold it.

I was at Woodfield this morning without any trouble. Of course nothing was open that early except Starbucks.
