"Ride out West" 5/27 ...fast or slow?

I am doing my "Ride out west" this Sunday the 27th of May. (Details to be posted later)

I have used this route for a normal rip em up ride or the "Group ride 101" where it is a moderate-slow sportbike pace. Whichever gets the most votes wins!

I vote for a fast, non-beginner's ride where hopefully nobody will decide they want to pass all the way from the back of the group, run themself off the road and have to ride it out in a farmer's ditch until they catch air on a patch of high ground, land it, and continue riding it out until they can slow down enough to get out of said ditch. That's my vote - simple enough right?

The ONLY time I've ever seen a sportbike jump like that was in that fake ass movie Torque... and they weren't even sportbikes, they were MX bikes with sportbike fairings. He did it with the real thing!

I haven't voted cause there is no "I don't care as long as I'm on my bike" box.

Can someone send me a PM, where the ride starts? I can only go if my battery (shipped today from TX.) shows up in time.

I'd be interested in this ride. Where's the meeting spot? (if it's on)

I have hesitated on posting the ride due to the weather. Once we get a little closer, I will post up on the best day. I can do this on Sunday or Monday, and it looks like fast won out ....vrooom!
