I would've voted NO. He should keep it. He can handle sport touring on it AND enjoys taking it to the track. Besides, gixxers rule!

there is no "NO" option....I skillfully created this poll so he understands there is more than one colour option and more than one brand of motorcycle....plus he's in NYC his weekend....he'll have lots of fun reading to come back too

Last time I saw it, it was held together with zip ties and God's will. The upper cowl was about to fall off. The tail was hanging on for dear life. If it's all fixed up now, keep it. Else, part that mofo out. Worth more in parts than as a whole.

I'll never argue that.... but seeing a blue and white gixxer and hearing the phrase "gixxers rule!" is akin to listening to the same pop song on the radio 100 times a day.

Wow this is a hateful thread. The bike does everything and thats awesome. Why get a note on a bike, when he has a great one that does everything and is paid off?????!?!?!?!?

I voted "yes" because I think he has been having some brake problems after the crash last year, and I don't want my boy riding an unsafe bike. But I could be wrong, since he was hauling ass at BHF a few weeks ago!

What The F#$K is going on???? Just got in from the airport to see this crazy canuck out to get me....

My baby is an awesome bike!
And yes, she's a soul mate, not a machine, you soul-less riders

Ok, so maybe it wasn't designed for sport-touring, but you've all seen it can do an awesome job at it... and track days... and commuting and....

Yes, so now she's a little banged up, but hey it passed tech at the last track day, so and I'm telling you, the scratched up plastics are a theft-deterrent.

Actually, she already has SS brake lines....

Yes, there's some issue with the brakes still, but I think I know what to do to continue saying... Gixxers Rule
