The park is filthy and filled with jackass people. It also has some of the best coasters within 500 miles. We are going this year.

I probably never would go with the general public again after being to corporate events there. So much nicer being able to walk up to the longest line in the park and only waiting 2 cars for the front row.

So true... but I think it's fun regardless.

Also going in a big group would seem fun... but it's not really because you'll do even more waiting since not everyone will get on at the same time if you have a sizeable group.

the coasters are great. they have like 8 of them which is the main reason I go to the park. If you get there when the park first opens you can get a FlashPass which SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the amount of time you wait for a ride (less than 20 min in most cases). they only have a limited amount of them and cost extra but it is well worth it. the flashpass only works for certain rides in the park on a given day but I have always found that all the coaster are on it.

downsides to the park are all the gangsta wannabes and ghetto scum running around. The food prices are rediculous, they rival movie theater pricing. all in all it is an expensive day... 30-40 per ticket (if you buy online which i suggest), 20 for parking and food/drink (they do have a beer garden).

I`d say that the park is kept pretty clean.

I voted yes to go.

Reminder: Exclusively for online purchases, buy one ticket and get a second FREE at Six Flags Great America in the Chicago area. At only $27.49 a ticket (with the purchase of two tickets), this is one of the best theme park offers available.

DITTO I give Cedar Point a +10 over Great America I'm trying to plan a trip there anyone interested? It's cheaper, cleaner, and the coasters are phenomenal.

plus cedar point also has an option similar to the "flash pass" and the best part is you don't have to pay for it!! you take a ticket when you get to the line and come back at the time printed on the ticket to skip the line.

+1. We're going again this summer some time... if it stops raining long enough to enjoy a day of sun up there.

+1 ... Cedar Point rocks!

I also King's Island just north of Cincinnati better than our Six Flags.
