The one in the middle is a friend from Brazil, she's a tech instructor... this was waay back in 2001 .. she was teh hotness too ... OMG ... I could not concentrate at all...

As for the phones being off the hook. They are not. Office phones have a button you can use to hang up the phone while it is off the receiver. That way you don't have to reach for the phone every time is rings. Just hit the button.
