That ride was classic. Still remember thinking, I'm not riding behind diesel, I've sat for hours (watching him disassemble his fuel tank at the shell station after filing up with diesel) I want to go burn these roads up. So i pass him and open it up for 3 sec's, the very next curve had that bump running across the apex, and after going through it I thought, man that is a wicked bump, hope everyone sees that. Then looking in the mirror and seeing noone behind me after that turn. Turning around and seeing diesel walking out from the woods and seeing his trail he left from locking the rear up and his trail through the dirt right inbetween the tree and the telephone pole. WOW. And then sitting again for an hour or so. Unforgettable ride.
