any tips on racing a bike at the track? im going to one this weekend and i wanna race but ive never raced a bike at the track. anything i should keep in mind? i havent done a burnout yet so i dont know if i want to there. ill prolly end up dropping the bike
I might be at GLD tomorrow night, you shouldn't have to do a burnout. My tires get great traction, plus all the VHT they throw down, I'd worry more about standing her up at the line from trying to launch to hard. Try and keep your weight over the front end on the launch.
ill be going to cordova :- never been there before, but i hear its a great track. its supposed to be our local clubs f-body vs ford shootout...but my car is in need of a part so i will be taking the bike. either way, im sure youll woop my crawlin bike
When I went to 41 I didn't bother doing a burnout. The track will hook as hard as you wanna launch a 600 Besides that, I went for my first time a couple months ago and had more fun racing the f3 then i did racing my old cars.
