2wheelspeed shootout this weekend whos going?
Doors open @ 9:00am racing at 10:00 on sat. and sun. I am trying to get my bike together, put a new arm on my bike and they did not send the barrings.
If I make it I will have no seat time on my bike i never took it to the track and never raced a turbo all my seat time is on my old nos busa so it should be fun. but what the hell !!

Yep. DougM and I went on Saturday. Minimal crowds. Great weather, great ride out (but "lots" of 5-0 lurking on every road). Awesome races with a couple of slammin' hard core turbos making it into the high seven second range. Impressive paint and craftsmanship on most of the Busa's.
One of the highlights was a Twin-cam bagger that ran consistent mid-11's. He had the front wheel off the ground for the first three gears. A real sleeper.
Lots of screamin' cagers too. Sadly, not enough scooter chicks.

Been off line I went and tried to race in the shootout but I did not get to
take my new bike to the track and practice I have been a nos guy for a long time and NEVER raced on a turbo before and I figured, it cant be that hard but I was very wrong I finshed 9 out of 10 but I needed the points. Are you guys going to the next one ? If so look me up if you can. I work on Sundays

Dave, Ya gotta bring that turbo busa up here one weekend. I know a guy with a gix1K turbo that apparently is scared to take it to the track
