Naperville stunt areas

Hey guys I just moved out to Naperville from the city because my condo downtown would no longer let me keep my bike in the garage. So I bought a place out here and moved in during Christmas week. I am new to the Chicago area in the last 6 months and I am just looking for some dudes to hang out with and maybe learn a few new tricks. The first thing that I would like to know is where do you Naperville guys hang out. Is there a bar that I can hang out at? Is there a quiet street to do some wheelies and stunts on in Naperville? There was nothing in the city and I would go to the South Side to do some shit but I would rather stay local if you can suggest anywhere.

Thanks and I look forward to meeting some Chicago riders

If you plan on doing more than 1 or two passes before the man shows up, my suggestion would be to take this outside the actual city limits of Naperville due to the # of patrolling officers and lack of tolerance for such things by both the officers and the residents. There are plenty of warehouse areas in neighboring cities (Aurora, Bolingbrook) but even then you run the risk of some security guard getting on the horn and making a phone call.

What kind of Harley do you have?

I don't suggest you stunt in Naperville, the joke is that the NPD has as many police as the CPD. Every weekend it's nice out I see sportbike riders pulled over by the cops. Take Arch's suggestion and try an industrial area in Aurora or Bollingbrook.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

I have a VRSCR Harley. But we do most of our stunts on my ZZR600. Smart ass Jrock I see. Is there an ideal street in Aurora that I can check out. Can you give me some areas to check out.

Also where do you guys hang out. I see guys in downtown Naperville on like Jefferson but some of them look like they are in high school. I am in my 30s so I want to find a group of fellas with some experience.

Bolingbrook and I55 area (north and south of 55),

For Aurora, just north if I88 there's some areas like we're mentioning.

The whole thing is don't be in 1 place too long and always scout around the area before swooping in to do something...watch for security cameras, etc.

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

def stay off the streets with that if you are through naperville. find a warehouse lot or something, make sure there aren't any "no trespassing" signs around, don't damage any of the lot or property, and there is nothing illegal about it. you might have the popo show up but all will happen is you will get told to leave, show up there again though and you can get arrested for criminal trespass because then you will have had "prior warning" you aren't allowed there (this is what a "no trespass" sign indicates too so look for those).

My advice would be to do this outside of Naperville...PERIOD!!!

The best move would be to get permission from private property owners in advance and make an organized effort to keep the area clean and NOT DO BURNOUTS on someone elses' asphault and/or sidewalks.

Nobody in their right mind is going to give you consent to trash their property!

All I'm going to say there is no proof we got busted drag racing while I had a permit and a women on the bike at night. Nobody I know ran a race with the cops watching and then tried to top out his F2, and got lucky the rader wouldn't lock on him. The cops never told us a better place to go race, because that would be wrong of them. Ah my evil youth.

I almost forgot about the big guy on the GSXR racing while he had a ticket for 125 in a 45.

That is riding with a passenger which is illegal. He's to responsible a rider to race with a passenger on board. To set the record straight.

I mean allegedly.

I live in naperville/aurora and honestly i never see anyone riding in naperville and even when someone even is, i feel like ill see them in a week or 2 being pulled over by the po po. Their not so nice here. Naperville just got unlucky a lot of cool cops in aurora though

Aurora cops are probably the most lenient around. They came to a (now defunct) stunt spot we had and after we explained that it was either the lots or the streets and we didn't wanna rock the streets, we got to stay. They stayed and watched the stunting and they even let us take pictures doing wheelies and stoppies by their squad cars. Good times!

Take it to the STREETS!
