Stunt talk forum's been dead for a couple months so I decided to throw somethin' up here. This was posted elsewhere but I figured I'd share it. The video is sped up 500%. Killin' it!

I wish I had the balls and skills - I get the front to like 10:00 o'clock and puss out and set 'er down - I have the "loop It" reel playing in my head I guess

Oh I love lifting the front on that Grunt Master of mine but keeping it up at the 11:00 o'clock is what I need to practice - That and shifting with the front up

Well here's the thing, you really don't wanna be shifting on a wheelie. If you have to continue accelerating to keep the wheel up, you're not at balance point but still in front of it. A "correct" wheelie, for lack of a better term, is at a constant speed and TALL. You can shift if so inclined, just do it without the clutch... "preload" the shifter pushing up on it with your foot and when you're ready to shift just close the throttle a little bit and then get right back on it and you'll be in the next gear, VIOLA!

BA'AMO - The Duke is geared for Grunt so I can bounce 'er up in 2nd and hold it - 1st is a no brainer but getting it into 3rd for the "distance" wheelie is where I need to pratice - Mind you, the bike rev limits at 9600 and only goes to 140 (downhill with the wind at my back)
