mailed in 2 parking tickets from NOVEMBER 09 that I received near the Aragon with my evidence as to why they are invalid. They make such a big deal that you have to send them in within 7 days. Good thing it takes them a few months to make a decision.

I'm pretty confident on having the 2nd one dropped as well since my car has been registered in Joliet for the entirety of it's existence.

Sweet. My wife just got out of two tickets yesterday for talking on cell phone in school zone and not having proof of insurance. Well, we got all the evidence that she was not talking on her phone or texting around the time of the ticket as well as a reprint of our insurance card. We made it to court and showed the judge the proof of insurance. He says "Ok, here's your license back and have a nice day." Both were dismissed. Didn't even have to show the cell phone proof. I guess it's cause the officer wasn't at court. She asked specifically about the cell phone ticket and he said to consider it a warning.

Maybe she should hang up the phone when driving around children.
