Uh-Oh, Driving record?

Hey guys,

Question for our cops, lawyers or seasoned ticket payers.

I got pulled over in Wayne tonight wasnt paying attention to the speedo and failed to slow down when the speed went from 40-25.....My fault no bitching or complaing here.

However, i have a ticket on march 30th that i might of gotten court supervison for (never got a letter of denial or acceptance),

and a ticket in mid july in aurora for 54 in a 40 i believe however that was a city ordinace violation for speeding, the officer made a point to write me a ticket for breaking Aurora's local speeding ordiance.

So my thing is i need to eaither find out if those two are on my record and im potnetially SOL and facing a possible suspension, or if im about to fall in love with one maybe two officers? any clue how to look up the record?

Any advice is great.

Thanks

P.S. I know I know, Take it to the track

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

dude, you were not speeding like a maniac, noone is going to tell you to take it to the track. Besides, isn't you avatar a result of the track?? LOL

I was told when I pled for supervision the county your ticket was wrote in will be able to tell you your status. I was concerned for backround checks when I got popped for over 120 last year. In Dupage there is a bank of computers in the waiting area where you can put in your info and find out your status.

edit- I tried calling multiple times to mulitple numbers I found searching the net and got nowhere, maybe someone will chime in with a easier way.

Go to the DMV and request a Driver's Abstract. You'll have to pay a small fee, and they'll print up your record.

Wayne, near St. Charles, the end of Army Trail road in the west... Nice town. Prolly like 100 people live there, 3 cop cars- 1 marked, two unmarked. Speed traps along Army Trail road are 9 out of 10 times a sure bet...
