Smile and say cheese

I was riding through the southside last weekend at midnite and saw a flash when I went through a yellow. Im willing to bet that I will receive something ordering a donation to the city, but I'm not sure how much.

Anyone know?

If I am not mistaken, it flashes the front of the vehicle, no plate on the front of your MC. They do this cause they need your ugly mug in the picture to prove you were driving. Am I wrong?

They flash the rear, I got one in my car. My wife went to court and fought it and got out completely. How late through the light were you? If you think that the duration of the yellow light might be fast for the speed limit of that intersection you might have a case. For us it wasn't the money, but we fought it because it's extortion. If they send you a ticket see if you can see the light in the pic and if it's yellow or not.
