Traffic Record, possible to clear?

Is it possible to expunge your traffic record? I've heard/read of something like that before just not sure on the process.

NESBA - Seems to be missing, can someone direct me where to find it?

Yep there is a way. Had mine done once, years ago.
Like already posted...if you have the money there is a way.
Talk with your lawyer.

Actually before hiring a lawyer, try the court clerk, be very nice and super polite, and try to phone first thing on Wednesday or Thursday mornings. They will usually tell you the procedure and how much it will cost to clean up a citation. I did this a couple years back...cost me $85 to file the motion and a court date. Traffic violations are all about revenue....they don't give a flying F__K about anyone's safety . As long as you have no DIUs, accidents with personal injuries...etc

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.
