Lane splitting?

Is lane splitting legal has anyone got pulled over for this.

I posted a similar thread earlier this week...

pretty much the conclusion is YES it is illegal, but for the most part you can get away with it, especially if you're in the city it's really the only way to get around....

also there's supposedly a new bill on the table that would make lane-splitting legal in situations where there is a traffic backup if you are wearing a helmet... I hope it passes since I never ride w/o the lid anyways
