she has selective safety rule syndrome.
that's in asia so it's ok...

Just like when I go 70 in a 55 she freaks out here.. but when we were in Germany and I was going 135mph for hundreds of miles on the Autobahn it was ok...

I don't get it

I don't think you can compare the Autobahn to our highways here. Most of the drivers on the Autobahn are actually good drivers and know what they are doing. Most of the drivers around here are complete fucktards. I don't think I ever saw a crash on the Autobahn the entire time I lived in Germany and very rarely, if ever, saw a stupid move by a driver.

But going 70 in a 55 is a little slow for her to be whining even with the retarded drivers. I whine about anyone going that slow on the highway.

Sometimes your knight in shining armor is just a retard wrapped in tin foil.

If they can't touch the pegs, they shouldn't be on the bike.

I will follow Art's advice when the time comes:

If you ain't with us, then it's just bad news.

good article... I'm not quite done with it yet..
by those rules I guess wife can't ride yet either eh

I was kidding around with her - I got the email about Code adding another school at Laguna today and sent her a note saying "what do you think? family vacation?" with a picture of that motorcycle car seat attached.

Yeah.. She said No!

Honestly Keira went for her first motorcycle ride at Road America in June.. So I guess she was 9 months old. It really wasn't my idea and I wasn't very comfortable with it.. Basically wife hopped on the back, stuck her in between us and we putted around at 5mph from the camp site over the bridge and to the bathrooms (by the kink and the SM track)
I was really surprised Connie was the one that really wanted to take her.. and since it was her I did it.. Had anyone else suggested I take my 9 month old for a ride on the motorcycle (or 1 or 2 or maybe 3 year old) I'd have said No.. But this was Mom asking.. So I did it.

She seemed to have a blast, but at that age just about everything is really fun.

Going to bookmark this article and send it to the wife as well..
Thanks
