Looks like the guy took 3 pictures - one with his kid posing on the hood and then he found/took another one from somewhere else (maybe the net) with the radar and then another one of the landscape and combined all 3. If you notice, he didn't really align the pavement all that well under the car.

Actually it was 4 pictures, those bushes are not alinged either... they are about a pixel to the left.
