Village people LOL!!!
My favorite are the guys who have all the leather tassels and strings hanging from their bags and bars. They look like a cross between a broke back cowboy riding a show horse and a 7 yr old girl with streamers on her handlebar ends.

Tassels were invented by Native Americans for their deerskin jerkins. In the rain the tassels act as a drip line, pulling the rain away from the body of the clothing and allowing the deerskin to dry faster.

I'm not sure what purpose they serve on a Hardly parked at Starbucks or at the local bar.

There are a lot of rentals out there. I ran into a bunch of German speaking guys from Brazil, on the way home from Sturgis, that had all rented bikes in Janesville, Wi. to ride to the rally. They were pretty cool guys. They were all dealers down there. They too had all new gear like the photo.
