I would say YES. And I would follow that bike closely as to protect the rider from other vehicles.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

I go for choice C. Nudge the biker claiming a mechanical malfunction with your buddy's car that you are borrowing while your ferrari is getting worked on. Appologize profusely while groping her to make sure she is ok. Insist on taking her to dinner to make up for the accident.
