Small world, I grew up in Ankeny. Maybe we will have to meet up for that beer, haha
Like I said earlier, I'll let you buy me a beer. 8-)
Ah, nice and close to Auto Club in Fontana. Ever do any track days at Fontana?
I usually stay in Pasadena with friends when I'm out there. Right on the LA border, and close to my customers in the Valley and Hollywood. Our office is in Northridge, and that makes it a non-congested commute if I have to head in. I had the 954 out there for more than a year. Shipped it back (it was a matter of time/money tradeoff.) although I have ridden from here to LA and back in the past (on a different bike).
I did Fontana (infield course, not AMA) once. It was fun, but riding on the track has lost its luster for me. I just like to get out on the VFR and cruise now.
I am very much looking forward to riding the VFR here from LA.
Normally I would call you a sucker for moving here from Cali , but welcome anyway .
The flat four is in June , get ready .
CA isn't home. IL isn't either, but it's a lot closer and the people are much more representative of those I prefer to be surrounded by.
Flat Four?? Thread?? Link??
I would have stayed in Cali. LOL IL sux but welcome anyways. There are alot of people who ride everything from dirt to sumo to roadracing to street.
I am another one who use Pete for ins. on my home and vehicles. A+ on service from him.
Everywhere sucks if you have a shitty attitude. We are happy to be much closer to our families.
Good to hear. He sounded like a great guy on the phone.
Throw some 17s on that Gasgas and come rip Supemoto with us Homie
Rancho Kook to Naperville - Hmm, interesting - That is like a Subdivision in the Desert to Small Town USA - Love it
Hope to see ya ripping SM with us this season Bro - $40 and all the track time you can take for a day
I may or may not take up Sumo-ing. If I do, it won't be for a little while.
I'm not much of a desert person.....unless it's dirtbiking or 4wheeling.
Let me know where the tracks are and I'll meet you guys there to watch/pit bitch if nothing else.
Oh and here is your closest (and one of the best in the Nation) Gasgas Dealer - These guys are small town feel with Global Presence
Thanks for the heads-up. I've been talking to Appalachian Offroad in WV for all my needs. They are awesome people. They do a ton of KTM as well.
