Bears-Bills Halftime Update 9-3 Bills

This game has gone pretty much as forecasted. Both defenses are playing extremely well and controlling the game. The Bears defense in particular has looked near flawless.

Hutchinson has looked terrible. All Bears afficianados will not be surprised to hear that he has telegraphed his passes, held onto the ball too long and made some terrible decisions. They might as well put a pork chop around his neck because the Bills are coming after him like he was dinner on the table. Both Bills scores were set up by Hutchinson poor decisions. One resulted in an easy touchdown after Hutch stared down a quick out pattern and gave a nice pat the ball warning before throwing to the cornerback who waltzed into the endzone. The other came off a 4 yard rifle that Hutch forced into Jones who was double covered. The ball deflected to a defender and resulted in the Bills having a first and goal on the Bears 2 yard line. The defense held and the Bills settled for a field goal.

Jones made the only Bears points by breaking a 40 yard run which set up a Doug Brien field goal. Jones ran the ball very well against a tough Buffalo run defense. If Cedric Benson is watching the game, he ought to get some motivation to sign and get into camp.

Yes, they need to not only bench Hutch, but also throw him out of the stadium just incase his skills or lack there of rub off on anyone else.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
