I don't wanna hear anymore.......

about the umpires giving the sox the game. You still need to hit the ball to score. Besides, the Astros had enough calls go their way last night to make up for it and still lost!!!!!!!!! They were lucky they went to extra innings. That Jason Lane HR was a terrible call and cost them an easy run. Whereas with the Peircinski call and Dye call the sox still had to capitalize on it.

So no more whining

wah wah wah....the sox players didn't even care. It was MLB and the arrangement with them to leave it open when the wheather was good. It's bs of the Astros to break that agreement just to try to gain an advantage and MLB called them on it

NO doubt. STFU. You were up 4-0 and blew it.

I hope the don't trivialize the white sox world series saying it was as bad as the black sox year because they got questionable/wrong calls.

okay,

I am a cubs fan, I am rooting for the sox's, because while I am a cubs fan first, I am a Chicago sports fan second, and would much rather see the Sox's holding the title then houston.

That being said, I agreed with Joe Buck and Tim Carver, and Houston, it's there call as to weather or not they should be allowed to close the park. One of the great parts of baseball is the fact that each field varies greatly. Houston should have been allowed to close the park.

Regarding the Dome, all that MLB asked Houston to do was to follow their own established guidelines related to closing/opening the dome. Precedent was already set in 2001 anyway.

Houston established the rules, all they had to do was follow their own rules.

a houston Astro's spokesperson stated that there was never any firm rule set in place.

I can't believe there is this much pissing and moaning about closing the dome. The weather was great in Houston. Remember what game 2 was like? That was crappy weather and no one was complaining.

Besides, it isn't like closing the dome would have made the slightest bit of a difference in the game.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Yeah, you're right, they still would have got their asses handed to him, I'm telling you all, you can't kill the Sox. They find a way to win everyday. When one guy sucks, the others cover, they're like a virus.

It's not a dome anymore, people. They moved out of the astrodome about 5 years ago. now it's just a field with a roof and a bad memory of the enron name
