SCREW ALL YOU GROSSMAN HATERS!!!!!!

It's really getting annoying you non-loyal Grossman fans! Come on Bear fans, let's show some freakin' loyalty to our QB!!! Everyone pretty much knows I love Grossman no matter what. He's kinda like a puppy, IMO He is going to make his mistakes because he's still a newbie to the whole starting a full season thing, but you can't hate him when he does make those mistakes, because he is a good QB. That's all I have to say this morning, now I have to actually work my ass off today.

On another note.....We kicked some RAM ASS!!! First week playoff bye baby!!

Most of the chatter about Grossman is because of A-holes like Theisman and Tony Cornhole.

I cant stand listening to them try and spar for airtime to hear their own voice

Grossman still sucks. It's easy to stand there and throw the ball when they play a defense that doesn't pressure the QB. My grandma could of had a good game the other night.

He's kinda like an ugly puppy. Good point though; puppies don't have an opposable thumb and therefore CAN NOT throw a football. Grossman sucks.

Until Grossman is consistent and can limit his turnovers, people are gonna worry. He has the tools to be a very good quarterback, but right now the Bears are winning despite Grossman. The Arizona game and the Minnesota game are top examples. If not for the Defense and Special teams bailing him out, the Bears could very easily be 9-4 or worse.

This is why people are worried:
Quote:

Left-handed compliment
Grossman, McNown share more than Bears uniform No. 8

Fred Mitchell of the Chicago Trib
November 30, 2006

No one has suggested Rex Grossman is a 2006 version of failed Bears quarterback Cade McNown.

Not yet, anyway. It's just that the numbers … well, they don't lie.

The 6-foot-1-inch, 217-pound Grossman was taken 22nd in the first round of the 2003 draft out of Florida.

He has completed 54.9 percent of his passes (297 of 541 for 3,697 yards) for 22 touchdowns. Grossman also has thrown 20 interceptions in his 19 NFL games.

The 6-1, 219-pound McNown was chosen 12th in the first round out of UCLA in 1999. He is practically Grossman's left-handed complement—at least statistically.

He completed 54.6 of his passes (281 of 515 for 3,111 yards) for 16 touchdowns. He threw 19 interceptions during his 25 games in the NFL, all with the Bears.

While the Bears have been patient with Grossman's early series of debilitating injuries, McNown was dispatched after he suffered an injury to his left shoulder on Oct. 22, 2000, in Philadelphia.

Mike North this morning was all about "I've been a Grossmen supporter since day 1".

WHATEVER!!! JUST LAST WEEK he was going on about how much they need to play Griese.

It's amusing, really.

North is dumbfuck...of course in hindsight he's always right...because at one point or another, HE HAS EVERY OPINION POSSIBLE. He skews his arguments and contorts his previously voiced words to fit the current situation. He's an idiot that thinks he's way more important than he is. He caters to the fans that Da Superfans mock.

The man's sidewalk does not go all the way out to the street, if ya know what i mean.

I've observed this pretty rarely, but it's interesting when you meet a guy that has little to no interest in following sports. They tend to be guys who participate in competitive sports themselves (hockey, roadracing, etc.) -- not knocking spectators or anything, but it's interesting to notice.

Today, I heard this play out in an almost creepy way. I kept wondering, "Am I going crazy??? Does he think we're stupid/have too short of an attention span to remember what he was saying the last 2 weeks?"

Rex is a 'rookie'. Prior to this year I think he only played 6 games (could be wrong) but I know it was not very many. I have followed Grossman since he was back at Florida with Spurrier. He has alot of talent and he is only going to get better and make smarter decisions.

+1 we all know there is a weird phenomenon about us getting rid of players and them going somewhere else and doing well. If we bump rex, he will excell forsome other team. He needs to get some time under his belt in the NFL. He has the talent, now he just needs the experience, which will help him make better decisions and shape his play. I personally like the guy and didnt jump on the hate rex bandwagon. I think he has potentional. But it will take time.

I'm a Bears fan first and foremost and I would LOVE nothing more than to see Rex succeed and win us the Super Bowl. He's a very likable and humble guy which I like a lot. However, like Vcook said, I'm a realist. If Rex continued to struggle again against the Rams and threw a couple of picks in the 1st half, then I wanted them to bench him and put Griese in. You have to!

When Rex plays bad like he did for 7 straight games, he doesn't give you the best chance to win, so then you have to see what Griese has. You signed him for a lot of money for that exact reason.

Rex looked better but seemed a little tight with the ball. Not surprising considering the Suntimes ran a full page article on benching him almost every day since the Vikings game. Has that paper turned in to a tabloid or what?

It was a good game plan and let's hope Rex got some confidence back. I liked the scramble too by Rex.

Hester is insane, they're talking about him for Rookie of the year.

North is a jaghole, he contradicts himself every other minute. ESPN 1000 is much better. I do like Bores and Bernstein on the Score but they have their moments too.

I was more than annoyed at the 'fans' calling for Griese during pre-game interviews. Probably the same people that where calling Rex for MVP earlier this year.

As long as the team is behind him, the fair-weather-fans can flip-flop all they want.
