what do you think?


im beginging to think he is being used as the token minority candidate forced upon owners by they league to interview?

or is he a bad interviewer or just not ready for a head coaches position

i should expand on my comments, though i think he is being played by some owners , i do think hes not ready to be a head coach yet, the deffensive collapses this year and last year show he still needs some refinement.

I think he would be a good head coach, but I also believe his interviews are token minority ones (hispanic), not serious ones. IMO, after another year or two of experienece, he will get more serious consideration.

I don't think he in particular is being used, but it definately happens. It's a stupid rule that causes just what the poll suggests.

I think they looked at the Super Bowl film and saw that the Defense never adjusted to what the Indy Offence was doing. Coaching in the SB probably cost him the job for that performance and that his team was still in the playoffs while the other (Oakland, Atlanta, Pittsburg....etc) jobs were being filled. I think he'll get a Head Coach job in the next year or two.
