NFL Network

flipping around this weekend and notice I do not subscribe to the NFL Network anymore... huh.. I had it last year and have not changed my package. So I call Comcast and they say I have to subscribe to a sport package to get it at $6.00 additional per month..

"What #%!%!%#!%!#$%! I'm already paying $150 a month.. That's it, I'm going back to Direct T.V.!!"

Well they agreed to extend it through the end of the year and upgrade my internet to 8 mg from 6 mg. I guess the NFL hit the providers hard because they will be showing so many games this year. At least they have a NFL Network HD channel now.

NFL Network in HD! I already had the sports package, but the new fight is between The Big Ten network and Comcast. BTN wants Comcast to charge everyone whether they watch sports or not and Comcast wants it to be added to the sports package. If they can't agree, I believe that means no Big Ten Foosball games on Comcast. DirecTV has agreed to the big ten network's demands.

Direct T.V. kind of pissed me off when I called about the Season Ticket. $200 if I want it and get all their premium channels for free for three months or so. Package was comparable to Comcast but what about the ticket in HD if I already pay for the HD package. That is an extra $100..... So your HD package does not count againts the ticket?
