They can't do any better?

Bryant Gumbel is the worst prime time announcer I've heard in a long time. Yuck.

To me it sounds like they are not even at the stadium.

They're terrible. Colinsworth is ok, but Gumbel is just brutal. Did you hear him bring up the whole cable debacle? Colinsworth wouldn't touch it

You know if you are a football fan get the damn network. I feel no sympathy for the whiners. It is the 21st century and the are shutting down the analog signal.

did you hear him a couple minute before that. He quoted McCarthy as saying that Marion Barber is the heart of the Packer's offense.

Now let's break that down. Barber is the Cowboys running back. It was after a Barber run so he was talking about the right guy, just got the TEAM AND THE COACH wrong.

that wasn't the first time that he made a mistake like that, right after GB field goal and the insuing kick off and they went to commercial break the comment was GB and Favre take the field after the break with the monitor on the Dallas players.

There is a reason why Bryant Gumball is doing this on the NFL Network and not a national market

Very boring telecast. I'm going to turn the sound down and turn on Bears radio next week when the Bears play on Thursday. Sounded like a sox game.

Ugh, first Gumbel insists that Grossman's injury (how unfortunate is that for the guy, it looked bad ) looked like "an ankle" when it was CLEARLY a knee injury and then he proclaims a field goal that was plainly short of the goal posts to be good and follows by saying "my bad". I like the guy, but he's just a terrible play by play guy.

OMG, just kill me now. Fuckin' Griese, I hate him. SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK, oh yes, MORE SUCK!!!! I hope Grossman is okay!

Please explain why Gumbel is the stupid announcer again? I cannot STAND listening to the game with tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum.

Take it to the proper thread (I just posted one dedicated to the overall badness of this game).

It didn't look good for Rex, I hope he's alright too. F Griese and his pussy ass little flat passes. I cannot stand his style of play.
