Meh, they were mostly rabbit punches. I'm sure Mir gets hit harder than that in practice. Lesnar was way too jacked up to fight well.

I'm so glad Mir won! It was a great fight.

I am amazed with all of Brocks medical problems he was able to walk to the ring on his own power.

I was pretty impressed with Lesnar. dude can move for a big man. I agree though, he needed to calm down and throw hard calculated strikes vs just trying to pound away. he probably would have gassed in another minute or so had he not gotten caught in the sub.

I wouldn't say he wasn't hitting hard though. did you see the popnots on Frank's head?

I'm glad Nog won. can't stand fat Tim. what a pear shaped loser.

If Brock trains hard in BJJ he is going to dominate the UFC. Mir was lucky to grab his foot and submit him.

I wouldn't say Mir got lucky...he seemed to weather the storm and pick his spot to finish Lesnar...that being said, the big man looked pretty good. He needs polishing for sure, but he was much better than I expected.

...and Bill, right on about the pear shaped loser stuff, he'll never approach the top of the heavyweight class again. That division is stacked now.

Lesnar screwed up against a world class Jujitsu expert. He'll be back he's got some good potential he just needs to learn to hold back a bit.

Rabit punches from a 265 man do not exist either btw. He was beating mir like he was fighting his little sister. Lots of respect for Mir weathering the storm and finding his chance to win and capitalizing on it.

Sylvia....what can I say nobody likes you, go home. Your fights are all boring and everyone is glad you lost.

Yeah that may be true but dang did he take one helluva beating before making his move! It even seemed like he damn near knocked out a coupla times too. Props for keepin' his head on straight even though he damn near had it turned in to a a buncha knots.

it'll be interesting to see the HWT matchups over the next year or so.

unfortunately, I can see them giving Tim a couple of easier fights to keep him in contention.

Randy will never fight in the UFC again, they'll never sign Fedor, Arlovski looks like he might be leaving, Cro Cop has looked like shit in his last 2 fights, same for Gonzaga, Kongo has zero ground game, Heath Herring sucks, same for Eddie "dirty" Sanchez, Vera is a light heavyweight who's too lazy to diet.....

who fights Nog next? Werdum?

I honestly think that some of the bigger light heavyweights could move up and make some noise in HWT right now. Forrest Griffen for example
