Indiana at Illinois last night - Basketball

I know I've never been under that type of spotlight and probably never will be, but I'm not a major college basketball player either. I hope someone is working with Pruitt on his free throw shooting. Heck, Ben Wallace was probably watching and saying, "the release is all wrong."

For those that didn't catch the game last night, it was a good one. #13 Indiana (7-1, big ten) at Illinois (2-8, big ten.)
The game was close all the way as the Illini hung in there against an arguably more talented Indiana team thanks to the play of freshman Demitri McCamey of Illinois who had a career high 31 points.
The real action happened with 4 seconds left to play and the score tied 68-68 with Illini player Shaun Pruitt at the foul line. Clank, missed the basket, we're going to OT. At the end of overtime with 2 second left in the game and the score now tied 69-69, Shaun Pruitt is fouled and again with the game at the line with two shots. First one grazes the front of the rim and the second one clanks off the back of the rim and onto the second overtime. Indiana pulled away in the 2nd OT to win 83-79.

I saw part of the game at BWW. I was actually hoping the Illini would win just because I hate IU and I know a loss would have contributed to a number of slack-jawed, trailer dwelling locals hanging themselves. Damn shame.
