Have you heard his side of the story?

He wasn't drunk, was attacked by the police for no reason, they swept his feet out from under him and choked him with a hose.

-what an idiot

I guess they never saw him play because all they needed was a couple of small DBs and he would have run out of bounds. No need to choke the man.

true. His lawyer should show 2007 game footage in court to prove he could not run away or resist anyone.

They should cut him, I wonder if they can force him to pay his sign on bonus back if he is convicted.

I know this isn't the same charges but they can't cut one person (tank johnson) and make an example out of him and let the other one go unpunished.

Even with Brigges, they didn't just let him go unpunished. If i recall he was suspended for a couple of games!?!?!?!? (I can't remember)

June 1st is roster bonus time he will not make it past it.

No you do not have to pay money back. He lived up to the terms of his contract that is why the NFL does not guarantee contracts and players fight over bonus money.
