Having a running game helps a lot.

Forte is pretty good.

The batted ball is because Grossman is much shorter than Orton.

Now the Defense needs to hold.

You're all ridiculous we had an awful game with Orton in the lead and we had a decent recovery with Grossman at the helm. Go Grossman get us some games and make the game fun. Sick of watching Orton toss little passes all game long.

squeeked out a W! if Orton is out then the defense needs to play much better which I don't see happening. Every team is finding the soft spots in the Tampa 2 and can get 7-8yds any time they want passing the ball.

Oh, you'd rather watch Grossman?!? WTF?!?

Maybe it's me, but isn't Orton the reason the Bears (should be) 8-0? Or at the worst 7-1? I mean come on, the defense fucks up and loses a couple games and now you don't like Orton because he throws little passes?

I think you're the only one that misses Grossman. Well, let me rephrase that. I think that you and the fans of the Bears' opposing teams are the only ones that miss Grossman. Dumbass (j/k about the Dumbass thing, just seemed to go)

Orton has been playing really well. Much better than I expected. He has not been the reason why the Bears have lost a bunch of really close games. The defense gives up plays at the end of the game. They have been giving up alot of short passes to defend the deep ball, but that seems to be biting them in the ass alot lately. I agree that the Bears didn't play well today. The first half was pretty bad. The defense played better the second half though. This is the Lions, we should have knocked the snot out of them, not just barely win.

I am not going to say Orton is the best, but I will say he is much better than Grossman. If it's passes you want to see, then how the hell could you go with Grossman? The majority of his completions, are to the opposing team.
