NFL and the new Pansy League

I would tend to agree with Justin Tuck and many of the players that the NFL has gotten litigiously overbearing and has taken away much of what fans love so much...HITS!! Safeties can't hit recievers (waaaah, they're defensless...WHAT!? ), linemen can't hit quarterbacks and DB's are hamstrung in their pass defense.

It's gotten brutal.

I only watch football with friends so not really a die hard fan but I just don't understand the whole receiving a penalty for celebrating a touchdown thing.
At the same time I do find it funny the way a lot of the guys on the defense jump around after executing a simple tackle.

Maybe have some sort of laser tag type system.

Or the old school yard Cops and Robbers type hand motion guns.

POW POW POW, you're down!

This pisses me off more than anything about football. How is a safety supposed to know at full speed exactly where and how he is going to contact the receiver? His job is to break up the pass in most cases. It was the same with that huge Boldin hit weeks ago. The defender had no idea he was going to be hit from behind also and it was a legal hit. He still got fined.

It's like the ref's see a big hit these days and they have to throw a flag. I have seen much less of the QB calls this year.
