I lubbs my 22/45. I have a limited edition bull barrel...though I don't think it has target sights on it. I'd love to be able to swap out the grips on it though...

Nice..... very nice.

The 22-45 with the bull barrel is a great shooter.

I want a Ruger mark so bad! But I'm holding out (for cash first of all but) the Mark II is the better gun from everything I've read. Everyone's personal preference of course, but either way I can't wait to get a plinker!

This is identical to the MkII..... with the exception of the grip angle.

Some people like the pronated grip on the MkII ..... .many don't, so it's the 22-45.

Actually the MK III has a loaded chamber indicator and also has a magazine safety thing which the MK II doesn't have. Basically the MK II is easier to take apart and reassemble due to less parts on it.

My wife shoots a S&W 22A. It won't cycle with shorts but it does well with everything else.

Sure. I don't expect it to double, or even hold it's value. But I'd like to keep it original.

I'd much rather just buy a second, more common one if I'm going to chew it up and turn it into something else.

Hell, I could get a used stock one for $199, and get a better receiver/barrel, mill the grips, stipple the front strap and all that crap.

At this point, I'd just rather save up for a good .45
