FS-Taurus PT92 Two-Tone 9mm

For sale is my Taurus PT92 9mm (Beretta 92 clone) in a two-tone finish. I am the original owner and have about 1000 rounds through it. It is in excellent shape, 9 out of 10. Never had any feeding or FTF issues with it and has been 100% reliable. Great gun! I'm selling because I now have the XDm9 and it fits my hand better.

Asking $400 obo. PM if interested. Comes with manual, 1-10rd & 1-17rd mag. No box.

Had one of these, great gun and one that Taurus (w/help) got right. Never could understand why Beretta went w/the slide mounted safety.

You should have no issue selling that.

If I didn't just drop a ton of cash on gun gear, and need car repairs, I'd buy this off you. I've always wanted a 92 of some sort.

Beretta had a military contract in Brazil for years. When the contract was up Taurus purchased the machines. While the tooling was in the works for the 92, it had no decocker and the frame mount lever was a safety only. When beretta made revisions to teh 92 to become the 92F that's when the lever was moved and it became a decocker and a safety that actualy prevented the hammer from striking the firing pin rather than just a sear block safety.

Gotcha thanks for clarifying. Liked my Taurus, hated carrying the Beretta, go figure.
