not orange Clay Pigeons

I never seen them, but are there non-orange clay pigeons for shotgun trap shooting?

we might be let on the private property where we could use our shotguns for some fun, but the owners deer hunt there and they don't want us to use any orange clays, saying it will spook the deer when they see them laying around.

So, where can I get non-orange ones, if they even exist?

Uh deer are red-green color blind. If they think small orange disk/pieces are gonna scare the deer, they are dumb as the deer are themselves.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Try a gun club that has a sporting clays course. They will probably sell you a box or two. I shoot at St Charles Sportsmens Club and I've seen black, bright yellow, and white clays used there.
