A few hunting how to's:

Here are a few videos for people considering hunting. I didn't post any Deer field dressing videos since I personally haven't gone Deer hunting but if anyone wants to add anything, go for it. If you go to a club to hunt many times they will have a bird cleaning service for a few dollars. If you hunt at local DNR operated pheasant hunting areas you will be cleaning birds yourself.

Little info on bird shot ammo: I personally use Fiocchi Golden Pheasant Loads in my 12ga. I like the fact that they are Nickel plated. Here is a little write up on them. http://www.chuckhawks.com/fiocchi_golden_pheasant.htm

Breasting Pheasant: There are a few methods of this out there. I breast mine a little different than these guys but you get the idea. I use a filet method that is real clean but I didn't find anyone with a video doing it my way.

This guy does a good job but takes awhile:

Many people us this stand on wing method: I never tried it but it looks effective.

Skin a Pheasant:

Just thought this one was kind of funny.... something for you southern boys.

Just got my notification that I've won in the lottery for pheasant hunting this season. Will see if I will have the chance to put any of these videos to good use.
