I've ordered from them before. Some of the better pricing I've seen, fast shipping, no BS.

Where are you doing this? Sounds interesting and intimidating. Do you stalk or set up some type of bait? How do you drag a monster like that out of the woods?

it's legal to bear bait up there?

Doesn't sound very sporting.

I'll cop to that. Never hunted anything in my life. I'd like to try some day. But using bait and 4 wheelers and all that doesn't jive with what I envision a sportsman's ethic should be.

Why not just fly over the place looking for them with a helo and a M60?

the 4 wheeler is just to get back in to the area. about 6 miles from where the truck is parked.

running through the woods with a spear chasing bears would result in only 2 things
me being 50 lbs lighter
and dying at 75 without ever having taken a bear

Burt Gummer: You know, as I lie here, I can't help but notice... the reason I am out of nine millimeter rounds is that I was not properly briefed. And the reason for that is that this mission was not properly researched. If certain people had bothered to gather intelligence on the creatures before bumbling into the situation...
Earl Bassett: Burt, knock it off!

You are 75 or is that when you plan on dying? If the first, I would have never guessed, congrats. Good luck on your adventure, sounds thrilling. And one more question, do you sit in a tree stand or in a ground blind? Either way I could see a level of danger with it all as you are hunting a predator, but that makes this hunting trip that much better then the typical bird and deer hunting experiences.

Ill be 44 tomorrow. I'll be in a ladder stand but don't assume that you're safe in a tree !!!
