What do you think of these 2 guns?

My dad is looking into two guns. Just wondering what is your opinion on each?

2whellpilot had a Condor like that, he sold it to me and I used it as a trainer for a few years. It was an OK gun with OK wood and a finctional action. It isnt anywhere near the browning but I'm not a browning O/U guy. I've had 4 brownings over the years but got rid of them for Berettas.

Have him look into the Beretta 686 Black and White onyx as well.

Warranty work on the Beretta will take months to get back. For that reason alone, I'd skip the WOP.

Look into Weatherby O/U shotguns, especially those made by SKB.

These are there flagship firearms, not 92's! LOL

Beretta should stick to whatthey know and that's O/U. I've never seen a Beretta O/U go down, now the rest of their line up....... not so much

I have a friend who shoots competitively at NSC who has a Silver Pigeon that has been down a handful of times and spent months back at Beretta. His Citori went down once, called Browning, they told him to ship it in on a Thursday and had it back before Saturday's match. I have no personal experience with Beretta's shop but for quite some time they had only one full time O/U repair guy.

I was just drooling over the Citori Lightening last night, true story. Great gun, next shotty on my list! If you have the money, I'd highly recommend it! I might have to wait, just bought an over under 3 days ago lol, but nowhere near as nice.

Take it to the STREETS!
