.45 ACP Ammo recommendations

So what's everyone shooting (range/plinking and defense) in the .45 ACP market? New to the .45 club, trying to figure out what ammo I should be looking at.

For cheap ammo, I've run Blazer for years. The key caveat is that I don't reload (but it is in my future plans) so I don't care about recovering brass.

Other brands I've run include UMC, Remington, and the ever-popular Walmart Winchester Whitebox.

For a "quicker-fucker-upper," I rely on Speer Gold Dot.

Golden Saber or Hornady for carry...
The cheapest FMJ I can find for putting holes in stuff. Usually find the White Box over at Scheels.

Mmm, doesnt sound too different from shooting 9's.

Typical brands for both categories it seems.

Check, Roger, Out.
