OK never done this before so I'm lookin for someone to do this with. Where can we go, whos going, and what do I need to bring beides my gun and ammo?

All you need is about $10 per round (25 birds), eye and ear protection, and a good attitude.

We usually shoot 3-4 rounds.

You can shoot at silver lake for free.....just have to bring your own clays and a way to launch them.

maybe closed due to hunting season now Im not sure.

Des Plaines conservation area in Wilmington has a clay range also but you need a launcher. Id be up for this depending how many are allowed.

It is a real nice facility and the funny part it is a stone's throw from the Riverwalk. You southwestsiders probably blow past it all the time.
